At Tiddlers we recognise that every child is unique.  We provide holistic, authentic and meaningful play and learning.  We offer a range of exciting and engaging experiences both indoors and in our beautiful outdoor gardens.  Children play outdoors every day, whatever the weather!  Our children plant and garden all year around and use the produce that they grow to cook both indoors and outdoors.

At Tiddlers, we have embraced the exciting new curriculum for non-maintained settings in Wales, guided by a Froebelian approach. Our environment, experiences, and pedagogy emphasise play and play-based learning, outdoor activities, and authentic, meaningful, and purposeful experiences.

We believe that each child is unique and cherish childhood in its own right. We understand the importance of high-quality provision and experiences for children's development. We recognise that children's early experiences, knowledge, and skills are crucial for lifelong learning, active citizenship, and fostering a positive attitude toward learning.

Our commitment is to create an enriching environment that nurtures each child's potential and supports their growth holistically and joyfully.

All staff are highly qualified with nationally recognised qualifications in childcare learning and development.  Staff are dedicated to providing children with an emotionally safe environment, they model a joyful approach, get to know children well and support and encourage children's natural curiosity, follow their schema's, know their likes and dislikes.  We make strong connections with children's families.  Children's well-being is at the heart of Tiddlers.

 Beverley Dickinson CCLD L5 in Leadership and Management has been with Tiddlers since 2007 and as Play Leader/Manager since 2018. Beverley is also an endorsed Travelling Tutor with the Froebel Trust.

Megan Hale CCLD L5 in Leadership and management has been with Tiddlers since 2013 and has been Deputy play leader since 2018. 

Janine Barker CCLD L5 has been with Tiddlers since 2016 and is the Early Years Lead.

Emma McBride CCLD L3 has been with Tiddler's since 2007 and is our expert gardener.

Sian Moss CCLD L3 has been with Tiddlers since 2007 and is an experienced play worker

Chloe Lee CCLD L3 has been with Tiddlers since Autumn 2021.

Katie Kidley CCLD L3 and has been with Tiddlers since Spring 2022.
